Keeping Sharp When the Beer Gets Flat

When I am tired of hearing grown men argue about which chord to end a song on, I fly to Mexico and sit on the beach with my Ukulele and my Dos Equis. Stay thirsty, my friends.

Pursuit of a better sound

We found a great way to improve our vocals.

Supporting Mental Health

Did you make it out last Thursday to Seven44?  Thank you so much to everyone who came to see us at 744 Mt. Pleasant!  There was a line-up out the door of people who came for some great music, food and drinks, and most importantly, to support the Ride Don’t Hide program for mental health.  We raised more than $2000 with covers, raffle tickets and auctioned items, with the help of many generously donated prizes.

From the Canadian Mental Health Association:

Ride Don’t Hide is a community bike ride hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), with the goal to raise awareness and help break the stigma surrounding mental health while raising essential funds to support mental health programs. CMHA rides will be hosted in four provinces in 19 communities with the aim to engage over 3,600 participants and raise $800,000.Watch Full Movie Streaming Online and Download
